Founded upon the vision of a secular community of the late Rev. Fr. Pablo Fernandez, O.P., This is the first Secular Institute in the Philippines, embracing the spirituality of St. Dominic de Guzman, founder of the Order of Preachers (O.P.) and is presently an adopted community of the Congregation of the Dominican Sisters of Saint Catherine of Siena - Philippines the institute aims to form a "Community of Consecrated Seculars living in the world as witnesses of the Kingdom of God through their consecration as seculars"
